Central Jersey, and only Central Jersey

East Brunswick filled in fast between the mid-fifties and the mid-seventies, and it shows in the bathrooms. Split-levels, ranches, and colonials from that stretch make up most of what we work in.

Monroe is two housing stocks in one township. The older farmhouses and ranches along Applegarth and Prospect Plains, and then the very large adult communities built from the seventies onward.

Old Bridge is largely postwar and seventies construction spread across a big township, with a lot of bi-levels and split-levels alongside the Cape Cods in the older Laurence Harbor and Cliffwood Beach sections.

Sayreville runs older than most of its neighbors. Parlin and Melrose have prewar and early-postwar housing, and the Cape Cods and small colonials there have some of the tightest bathrooms we work in.

Manalapan is mostly newer than the Middlesex towns — a lot of eighties and nineties colonials, plus the adult communities off Route 33 and Millhurst Road.

Marlboro is largely eighties-and-later colonials on larger lots, with older farmhouse stock along Route 79 and in the Morganville section.

Milltown is small and old. A lot of the borough was built before the war, with narrow lots and houses that have been added onto over decades.

Helmetta is one of the smallest boroughs in the county, built around the old snuff mill, with prewar workers housing and a ring of later infill.

Spotswood is mostly postwar — ranches and split-levels from the fifties and sixties, on modest lots, with a smaller stretch of older housing near the DeVoe Lake side.

Jamesburg is a small, old borough — Victorian-era and prewar housing near the center, with postwar infill around it.
